HOW DO I ORDER, HOW DO I PAY?

 

How to order

You can order the desired products directly on the site, by clicking the BUY button and then filling in the contact details and delivery information.

How to pay

​

You can select the payment method that benefits you the most:

  • PAYPAL  If you have a PayPal account, you can use it to pay for your items on our site. To pay with PayPal, select PayPal as your payment method at checkout and enter your account information.

  • CREDIT CARD - You can pay for your items on our website with a credit card. We manage the payments via Stripe, with full security for your payments. If you have any questions about paying for your items, you can always send us a message.

DELIVERY AND RETURN

Deliveries

​

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all the orders of 500 EUR or more with delivery in the European Union countries. Up to 500 EUR, the shipping fee is 35 EUR.

Outside European Union, our standard delivery fees are:

Europe, non-EU countries: 35 Eur.

United States, Canada, Israel : 80 EUR.

Australia, New Zeeland, Japan: 80 EUR

Other countries: please send us an email to check the availability and cost of the transport.

We deliver via fast courier in the EU countries with 5-10 days term of delivery.

For the other countries, we delivery with DHL and the delivery terms are 7-14 days.

Returns&Refunds

​

We believe it is unlikely to not love our gorgeous handwoven rugs, but if you still want to return or change the product, no worries, you can give us a nottice within 14 days from the reception. You can send the return package by any courier company to 633 Viorelelor st, Amarastii de Jos, Zip Code 207020, Dolj county, Romania.

 

After we received the product back, at your decision, we will send you another item or we will refund and send the value of the product back in your account in maximum 14 days form the product reception.

The cost of the transport for returning the product is in the client’s charge, excepting the situation when the product was not in conformity with the description, when we will pay for the transport and we will refund also the initial delivery cost if any.

​

Very unlikely but, if by any chance, at the moment of your order we cannot execute the contract because the product is not available anymore, we will inform you about this unavailability, and the amounts you have paid will be reimbursed within maximum 5 days.

​

The refund of the amounts for the return products, regardless of the reason for the return, is made in the bank account of the order holder, according to the information sent by the Client. In this sense, the Client will communicate in writing the IBAN account, the bank and the full name of the account holder, in order to make the transfer. The merchant is not responsible for the erroneous or incomplete transmission of data for the payment of returned products.

COUPONS (PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS)

​

If it is not mentioned otherwise, every coupon is valid 48 hours from the issue date and can be used once by each user. For every order can be used only one voucher.
